There’s alot of Halal food and restaurants around this part of the Island.
And, yes you don’t have to carry your passport with you!
Which I will show you how I usually look like when I take a passport photo against my own selfie on Facebook.
Henceforth we’ll introduce Halal eateries and restaurants in the mature town of Clementi.
1. Poolside Cafe @ Singapore Polytechnic Graduate’s Guild
Cozy poolside setting at Dover Road, this halal-certified cafe features Western and local dishes like Fish & Chips($9), Steaks($18) and Penang Char Kuey Teow($9).

2. Mad Jack
Mad Jack is known for their western dishes and tall burgers namely the Extreme Blue mountain.
Prices range for grilled chicken starts from $9.90 to lamb shank from $21.90.
Price wise, they are more wallet friendly as they do not impose service charge.
Other locations include Parkway Parade and Nex.

3. A Poh Kitchen Family Style Restaurant
This halal-certified chinese zhi char does amazingly well with delicious seafood dishes such as salted egg crabs, hotplate bean curd and anyone who’s been here knows they serve a mean Curry fish head nyonya style.
They also serve individual dishes such as fried rice($4.80), beef kway teoy($4.80) and mee goreng($4.80).
